Privacy

Coffee Republic Invoices is a private app for Coffee Republic (Folsom, CA) staff. It isn’t open to the public.

What it stores: your first name, email, role, and password (encrypted); vendor invoices and their photos; who captured, edited or marked each invoice paid, and when.

Who sees it: only signed-in Coffee Republic team members. Invoice photos are private and are never posted publicly.

Services used: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (reads invoice photos to fill in the details; photos aren’t used to train its models), and Resend (sends invites, password resets and spreadsheets).

How long: invoices are kept for 7 years for tax records. If you leave the team, your access is removed; invoices you captured stay with Coffee Republic’s records.

Questions or a request to remove your information: ask an Owner at Coffee Republic.
